We've only ever earned money one way — by doing our own work well. So the price is built the way the furniture is: from the parts, in the open.
Materials at the price we pay.
Every board, hinge, runner, handle and fitting goes on your quote at the price we buy it for — with our trade and volume discounts passed on to you, and no margin added. We don't hold stock; materials are ordered for your job and typically arrive the next day, so there's nothing to mark up and no reason to.
We charge for our work.
Manufacturing — the cutting, edging and assembly in our Skelmanthorpe workshop; delivery; and installation by the people who built it. That's where our expertise is, and that's what you pay us for.
Expenses at cost.
Out-of-pocket costs — a courier, a delivery charge, a specialist's call-out — are passed on as they are, with the receipt.
Why we do it this way.
Because a price you can read is a price you can trust. Your quote shows the materials at cost, our manufacturing, delivery and installation, any supply charge with its reason, and expenses — nothing else. We think that transparency is the foundation of a job that goes well, for you and for us.
